Design packages are structured around the scope outlined at the time of booking and are typically based on a single room or defined space.

Any additional rooms, revisions beyond those included, or requests that extend beyond the agreed scope may require a revised quote or additional design fees.

Clear boundaries are maintained to ensure each project receives the appropriate level of attention and design consideration.

Product recommendations and sourcing links are provided for convenience and design guidance.

Clients are responsible for reviewing product specifications, dimensions, finishes and availability prior to purchase.

Carlo Paul Interiors is not responsible for supplier changes, stock availability, delivery delays or installation issues once items have been purchased.

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation to commence design work, with the remaining balance due prior to the final presentation being issued.

Invoices are issued electronically and must be paid within the specified timeframe.

Carlo Paul Interiors reserves the right to pause or delay work where payment has not been received.

Design packages include a specified number of refinement rounds following the design presentation. Additional revisions beyond those included may be quoted separately.

Revisions must be requested within the timeframe specified in the project documentation.

Product links and sourcing information are provided for convenience and typically direct to retail suppliers.

Clients are responsible for purchasing items, confirming availability, reviewing product specifications and coordinating delivery unless procurement services are arranged separately.

Carlo Paul Interiors is not responsible for supplier delays, manufacturing defects, shipping issues or installation errors.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, floor plans and photographs of the space. Design recommendations are based on the information supplied.

Carlo Paul Interiors is not liable for issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

Design recommendations may include furniture suppliers, trades or contractors. These are independent third parties and carlopaul interiors is not responsible for the performance, quality or conduct of any external service providers.

All design concepts, drawings, presentations and documentation remain the intellectual property of Carlo Paul Interiors.

Design materials are provided for the client’s personal use in relation to the project and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Due to the customised nature of design services, payments for design packages are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of Carlo Paul Interiors.

Carlo Paul Interiors provides professional design advice and guidance. The client is responsible for final decisions regarding purchases, construction and installation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, carlopaul interiors shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of design recommendations.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
