Invoices are issued electronically and must be paid within the specified timeframe.

carlopaul interiors reserves the right to pause or delay work where payment has not been received.

Design packages include a specified number of refinement rounds following the design presentation. Additional revisions beyond those included may be quoted separately.

Revisions must be requested within the timeframe specified in the project documentation.

Product links and sourcing information are provided for convenience and typically direct to retail suppliers.

Clients are responsible for purchasing items, confirming availability, reviewing product specifications and coordinating delivery unless procurement services are arranged separately.

carlopaul interiors is not responsible for supplier delays, manufacturing defects, shipping issues or installation errors.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, floor plans and photographs of the space. Design recommendations are based on the information supplied.

carlopaul interiors is not liable for issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

Design recommendations may include furniture suppliers, trades or contractors. These are independent third parties and carlopaul interiors is not responsible for the performance, quality or conduct of any external service providers.

All design concepts, drawings, presentations and documentation remain the intellectual property of carlopaul interiors.

Design materials are provided for the client’s personal use in relation to the project and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Due to the customised nature of design services, payments for design packages are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of carlopaul interiors.

carlopaul interiors provides professional design advice and guidance. The client is responsible for final decisions regarding purchases, construction and installation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, carlopaul interiors shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of design recommendations.
